We honor our no questions asked money back guarantee. Returns are accepted within 365 days of buyers receipt.
*General merchandise must be returned in original retail packaging. (Excludes consumables, supplements)
Buyer pays return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from total sale amount including original shipping and handling.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR TWO FEATHERS PRODUCTS ONLY: Absolutely NO REFUNDS for open or used jars. There is a TWENTY FIVE DOLLAR ($25.00) per jar charge for unopened jars returned within a forty five day period from date of purchase.

How long will it take to get my order with free shipping?
Most orders are shipped same day when ordered before 3 PM PST. You should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days from the date your order ships. We may allow 24 business hours to process your order based on order volume.
How do I place an order on your site if I don’t live in the U.S., and FedEx is the only deliverer to my area?
Unfortunately, FedEx is not a viable shipping method on our site.

What if my package is lost or damaged in shipment?
After completion of a 30 day investigation by the Carrier, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Please insure valuable packages include shipping insurance or send expedited which includes basic shipping insurance.
